Whether you are coming to us as a patient, prospective patient, or visiting a loved one, we will do everything we can to make your experience the best it can be. We welcome you and thank you for trusting us with your or your loved one’s care.

Should you or your family have a question or concern about your experience at our hospital, we would like to hear from you. Help us see things through your eyes as we strive to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

We suggest you first discuss your concern with your nurse, the department manager, or your doctor. If your concern remains unresolved, the Patient & Family Affairs staff is available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. to help you.

Cafeteria & Dining Options

The cafeteria at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital provides a variety of fresh and healthy meal options for patients, visitors, and staff. Enjoy a selection of hot entrees, salads, snacks, and beverages in a comfortable dining space.

Guests can pay with credit card (cash is not accepted) and pick up their order in the cafeteria by ringing the doorbell outside the cafeteria's exit.

Stop by Market Coffee, located in the café, for Starbucks coffee and light snacks. Please note that Starbucks gift cards are not accepted at this location.
