Custom orthotics

 Orthotics are customized shoe inserts prescribed by your podiatrist to ease foot pain and treat a range of conditions. Orthotics may include heel pads, arch supports, toe spacers, splints, braces, or other devices.

Foot and ankle physical therapy

 Physical therapy can help you achieve better strength, flexibility, and range of motion in your foot or ankle. Physical therapists guide you through exercises and stretches designed to relieve pain and improve mobility. We can also do a gait analysis to assess how you walk.

Therapeutic foot injections

 Injections of anti-inflammatory medication, such as corticosteroids, can relieve foot pain and swelling. We may recommend injections if you have arthritis, heel pain from plantar fasciitis, or other problems with the muscles, tendons, and ligaments of your foot.

Shockwave therapy for plantar fasciitis

 We use a special device to send shockwaves (high-energy pulses) to damaged tissues in your foot. The shockwaves stimulate blood flow to the injured area and aid the healing process.

Foot surgery

 We reserve foot surgery for people with severe foot pain or limited mobility whose symptoms haven’t improved with conservative treatments. If you do need foot surgery, we specialize in the latest endoscopic techniques to get you back on your feet.
