Overview

The clinic offers a convenient primary care solution for the entire family including children and infants on the main campus of Alton Memorial hospital. Whether you are looking to establish care with a primary care provider, have an unexpected minor illness, or need a well women visit, we offer exceptional care and convenient availability for the community for a variety of conditions and services.

The BJC Medical Group Family Medicine Clinic at Alton offers a variety of services, including wellness visits, sick visits and a variety of services.  As a part of the SIU Family Medicine Residency Program, you will benefit from the expertise of both a resident physician and an experienced faculty attending physician during each visit.

If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, uncontrollable bleeding, sudden vision impairment, a broken bone, or another serious or life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
